Publicity Request Form

Due to the large number of requests for publicity, we ask that you please read through the following before submitting a Publicity Request.

  • This is a request for publicity. You will receive notification from the Communications Team once your request has been reviewed.
  • Make sure the following form is submitted at least one week (7 days) prior to the requested publication date.
  • Most publicity will stay advertised for a maximum of three weeks.
  • Due to space and resource limitations, some editing may occur.
  • All publicity requests are reviewed on a weekly basis.
