Due to the large number of requests for publicity, we ask that you please read through the following before submitting a Publicity Request.
- This is a request for publicity. You will receive notification from the Communications Team once your request has been reviewed.
- Make sure the following form is submitted at least one week (7 days) prior to the requested publication date.
- Most publicity will stay advertised for a maximum of three weeks.
- Due to space and resource limitations, some editing may occur.
- All publicity requests are reviewed on a weekly basis.
If your event is being held at Grace Mills River, please also fill out a Facilities Use Request Form.
