Be a welcoming face as folks stream in to Grace! Anyone, any age can help hold the doors and pass out bulletins! (Great for families too!) Don't worry, you won't miss any of the service, you'll just need to arrive 15 minutes before service begins to catch those early birds!
Commitment: Before one service per month
If you're an early riser and have a passion for coffee (or even if you have to drag yourself out of bed and can't stand the stuff, but feel like helping out) we'd love for you to help in the cafe. We also need someone to keep the coffee running during the first service (in prep for the second service wave of attenders). Don't worry, we'll show you exactly how much to measure and where we keep the sweet treats!
Commitment: One Sunday of each month, either before the first service, or between services.
Do you enjoy meeting new people, especially helping folks find where they need to go or information to help connect them at Grace? The Info Desk Volunteers do just that, and with smiling faces and helpful hearts!
Commitment: Right before and after each service. Rotation varies depending on our pool of volunteers.
Get your hands dirty! We have a need for church landscape volunteers, and also a Landscape Volunteer Coordinator. Light duties, seasonal weeding, pruning, keeping a cleaned up appearance. Grounds are divided by sections to allow for flexibility in maintaining your area.
Commitment: Throughout the year, seasonally as needed.
Freezer Food Ministry
As you plan your family meals and seasonal cooking, please remember the Freezer Ministry here at Grace. Meals can be delivered to the large freezer in the main kitchen. Please remember to wrap all items very, very well so they will last in the heavy duty freezer, and please no glass containers or items that need to be returned. Please label the item using the labels provided in the kitchen (on wall to right of refrigerator). Questions? Please contact Cindy Yancey at
This is an on-going need.
