Charlotte’s work is a reflection of her curiosity and desire to explore the world around her. With a keen eye for detail and a playful spirit, this artist’s work is both visually striking and thought-provoking, encouraging the viewer to engage with the piece in a deeper and more meaningful way.
A native of California she escaped to the mountains of North Carolina in 2020 and found the home she always wanted. Sitting in her home studio she looks out at the amusing antics of the abundant wildlife in her backyard and is inspired. While nature is not always the theme of her work the emotions it inspires are. When she is at her Art Place studio she is inspired by her fellow artists and all of the wonderful energy and ideas. Her new home here in the mountains has changed her art in ways that she is still discovering. She likes to say, “life is about exploring and learning something new all the time.” She hopes to continue evolving her art for a very long time.
