Practice the Presence - Prayer
As the Psalmist says, the way into delight in God rests mightily on meditating on what He has said, done, and promised. You are invited during Lent to practice meditation–to focus your attention on three themes: who He is, who His are, and what life He has for His. Each week you will dedicate time each day to meditating on a text with one of those three themes. Since we believe there’s more to meditate upon a single text than even one sitting can offer, you’ll note that in a given week you will meditate on the same passage for each theme. Do not fear or grow weary from your struggle with distraction.
